How not to get an Instalaunch

An "Instalaunch" is when Glenn Reynolds links to your blog, causing a massive spike in traffic, and perhaps getting your unknown blog noticed for the first time.

This post by the blogger dadahead, where he refers to Glenn Reynolds as the "Insta****face" and the "Insta******" is probably a good example of how not to get an Instalaunch.

It should be noted that it's doubtful that Glenn Reynolds has ever read my blog. That's why I gave up on writing serious posts (although I had a minor relapse with that last post about Lawrence Summers) and now just write about irreverant goings on in the blogosphere and nerdy topics like digital cameras.

The HUMAN PARADIGM - Intro

Consider:
The way we define 'human' determines our view of self,
others, relationships, institutions, life, and future.
Important? Only the Creator who made us in His own image
is qualified to define us accurately. Choose wisely...
there are results.

Man is earth's Choicemaker. Psalm 25:12 He is by nature
and nature's God a creature of Choice - and of Criteria.
Psalm 119:30,173 His unique and definitive characteristic
is, and of Right ought to be, the natural foundation of
his environments, institutions, and respectful relations
to his fellow-man. Thus, he is oriented to a Freedom
whose roots are in the Order of the universe.

If it's possible for an anonymous stockblogger to get an Instalanche thanks to a review of The Aviator, it's definitely possible for someone who was as thorough as you were during the Cutler Scandal to get some attention. Just send Reynolds an email every time you have a post that relates to something he said a few posts ago, and eventually you'll make it.
