On the trail of Jessica Cutler's W

I received an anonymous tip via Email regarding an attorney who works in Georgetown. If you recall what was written in the NY Post article:

She also says she had sex with an older, divorced lawyer from Georgetown whom she met while working as an intern in the office of Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-Conn.). The lawyer also gave her money, she said.

The attorney in question has a first name that begins with “W,” is in his late forties, and more interestingly, he lobbies Congress on issues that would take him before senators on the Environment and Public Works Committee. Joseph Lieberman happens to be a member of that committee.

However, a search of the public phone records show him listed twice in this area. One address is in Chevy Chase, MD, and the other on 16th Street, NW between S and T streets. The latter address I would place in Dupont Circle; it’s certainly not Georgetown.

These addresses fit in well with the story of a guy who was married, and lived in Chevy Chase, and then moved into the District after his divorce. I think that Dupont Circle is a more likely neighborhood than Georgetown for a guy who is into strange sexual practices.

For readers unfamiliar with the DC area, Georgetown is an expensive neighborhood on the west side of DC with a lot of expensive shops and restaurants. Dupont Circle is also an expensive neighborhood, but a little less so than Georgetown, and much edgier. It is often compared to Greenwich Village in New York City. Chevy Chase is an expensive suburb in Maryland on the border with DC where all the rich people live.

I don’t name this attorney because the evidence above, while interesting, doesn’t prove much, and he doesn’t even live in Georgetown as far as I can tell. It wouldn’t be fair to post his name given that there is only a small chance that he is Jessica Cutler’s W. Also, Jessica may be lying about the whole thing. She’s not the world’s most trustworthy person; we have evidence that she lied about her age.
