Evidence that Jessica Cutler is 26, not 24

Anonymous comments left on my blog pointed out the following web page: ASNE - Students bring passion to ASNE Reporter.

In April, 2000, Jessica Cutler is listed with the following bio:

A 21-year-old senior international relations major at Syracuse University, is an editorial assistant at the Syracuse University Press. She has been the photo editor at The Daily Orange, and an intern at Nickelodeon, National Geographic and the Syracuse Newspapers.

I started college when I was 18, and graduated when I was 22. If Jessica Cutler were truly a college Senior in April, 2000, then her age of 21 would make perfect sense.

In her blog, Jessica says that her birthday is May 18. That means that she would have turned 22 on May 18, 2000.

Doing a little math, this makes her 26, and not 24 as she has been telling everyone.
