Supermarket discount cards

Jay Solo writes about how he hates those supermarket discount cards.

I hate them too, and based our mutual dislike for those things, he jumps to the conclusion that everyone else hates also hates them.

He overlooks the fact that the average consumer is stupid, and that the average consumer likes the stupid card because he feels that he's part of an exclusive club and he's getting stuff cheap.

I always use a fake name name when I apply for those cards. I urge others to do the same. But I have first dibs on the name "Bob".
